We encourage attendees to enjoy the low-key Asilomar conference grounds and stay on-site. To that end, the conference is cost-sharing lodging costs for conference participants booking on grounds lodging between Oct.27 – 30 from the dedicated lodging website below.
Bookings processed at this specific site provided above include meals starting with dinner and ending with lunch for each night stay and meal tickets are provided at hotel check-in.

Be aware that bookings done under any third-party site and/or the leisure program do not include meals. Meal tickets will NOT be provided by the conference check-in staff.
Attendees wanting to extend their hotel stays may do so on a space available basis. Please see the registration website to check availability.
All participants who wish to pay separately must reserve separately. You must request each other as roommates to be assigned to the same room.
Requested roommate reservation(s) must be received within 5 business days of each other. You can name each other as roommates at the "Roommate/Additional Requests" box located in the Guest Information Page.
